Being healthy and staying healthy starts with your diet, what you eat and consume every meal will have an effect to your body.
Being healthy is not an easy path to take on. Eating the right food, exercising daily is hard to balance with studies, work, and other activities but it is significant to become healthy because this will ultimately lead to a longer life
The first step to becoming healthy is to eat the right food. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans suggests that in order to have a healthy meal, add more fiber in your meal which means eat more vegetables and fruits.
The next step to becoming healthy is exercise. Exercising daily can lead to burning more fats and calories. The exercise that can burn a lot of calories and body fats at once is jogging every day. If you are not used to jogging, you may get sore muscles the next morning but it will usually last a maximum of four days. To avoid a longer time of sore muscles, be sure to stretch your legs before jogging. Another exercise that can help burn calories is planking. Planking can help to strengthen your core but it can also make you sweat. Try planking three sets of 30 seconds every day. When you get used to planking, you can keep try turning seconds to minutes. Playing sports is also another form of exercise. You can join any sport that fits your interest whether as a hobby or competitively.
Watch your diet and exercise regularly and now you are on your road to a much healthier life.
